A 60-minute comprehensive review covering your psychiatric history, medical background, family history, and social influences, including work and school, to assess how they affect your overall well-being. We will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs during this visit.

We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), postpartum depression and anxiety, and seasonal affective disorder. Together we’ll develop a personalized medication plan tailored to your specific needs, focusing on relief while minimizing side effects. Ensuring you receive the most effective support for your mental health, with careful attention to prescribing practices. You will feel heard.

We no longer prescribe psychostimulant medication for ADHD or accept new clients for ADHD management.
Do you prescribe stimulant medications for ADHD?
No, we do not provide short or long-term disability paperwork at this time.
Do you complete Disability Paperwork?
We do not provide services for any legal matter including CPS and DUI/DWI cases.
Do you provide evaluations for legal matters?
Controlled substances are prescribed conservatively on a case-by-case basis. If a benzodiazepine (Klonopin, Valium, or Ativan) is warranted, it WILL NOT be prescribed for long-term use.
Do you prescribe controlled substances. ?
We do not provide ESA Letters.
Do you provide letters for an emotional support animal?
We offer self-pay rates. Following the "No Surprises Act", individuals who do not have certain types of health insurance, or do not plan to use that insurance to pay for health care items or services are eligible to receive a “good faith estimate” of what they may be charged before they receive the item or service. Please contact us regarding fees should you have additional questions.
