30-minute appointment to review your current treatment plan and assess what’s working and what may need adjusting. We’ll also address any treatment goals and discuss what you feel is important for improving your mental health. Your input is valuable as we work together to enhance your well-being.
A 60-minute comprehensive review covering your psychiatric history, medical background, family history, and social influences, including work and school, to assess how they affect your overall well-being. We will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs during this visit.
We recognize that mental health isn’t just about what’s going on in your mind. It’s influenced by how you eat, sleep, move, rest, and connect with others. That’s why our care goes beyond prescriptions.
We offer integrative support for those navigating anxiety, depression, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), postpartum changes, and seasonal mood shifts. Whether you’re seeking support through traditional medication, holistic options, or a thoughtful combination of both, we’re here to help you feel more balanced and like yourself again.
Your treatment may include prescription medication, targeted supplements, or plant-based support. When appropriate, we also support the safe and gradual reduction or deprescribing of medications, always guided by your goals and clinical needs. Lab testing may be used to inform care. Nutrition guidance, sleep support, lifestyle changes, and stress-reduction techniques are often part of the process, tailored to what works best for you.
You won’t be handed a one-size-fits-all plan. You’ll be seen, heard, and supported through care that considers the whole picture
